Spice N' Pans

An old friend of ours gave us this freshly caught garoupa a few weeks ago. When we got the fish, we immediately put it in our deep freezer to preserve its freshness. Today, we had the opportunity to cook it for lunch as part of our seafood soup galore.

This video shows how Roland fillet the fish for our soup. its actually easier to fillet a fish than you think. Yes definitely you’ll feel awkward the first few times but after a while, you will be able to fillet a fish like a pro! Hope you found this video useful.
